Name: Frank Archer
Age: looks to be in early-mid thirties.
Gender: male
Appearance: VERY pale skin; people refer to him as having a ghost or even zombie-like complexion. His hair black, kept short and out of his eyes at all times. On that note, his eyes are blue, cold and sharp. Keeps a blue military uniform bearing the rank of 'Colonel' which consisted of a blue jacket, blue pants, and black boots.
Personality: Archer is in charge of Military Intelligence, and is very cool, calm, and collected; unfortunately, it would seem he is also a ruthless sociopath, with no semblance of moral fiber. Archer thoroughly enjoys war and all his actions are aimed towards preparation for future wars. Archer could easily be compared to Brigadier General Basque as far as morality goes. He is obsessed with becoming a war hero as a means of advancing his position. His actions are always aimed at pleasing his superiors and creating as much positive publicity for himself as possible (borrowed from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_Military_characters_of_the_Fullmetal_Alchemist_anime#Frank_Archer) Manipulative, Power-hungry, Loves war, Ambitious, Determined, Neat-freak, Practical. May be influenced emotionally by his newly aquired feline half.

History: Lieutenant Colonel Frank Archer, although seen as an extra during numerous military events (such as the burial of Hughes), is formally introduced halfway through the anime series as a replacement for the then late Brigadier General Maes Hughes (Episode 30). Archer is officially put in charge of the investigation of Lab 5, but quickly diverts his investigation into recovering the results of the Lab 5 research for his own ends. Originally looking for the Elric brothers, Archer quickly becomes far more interested in the Homunculi Greed and Wrath and the survivors of Lab 5. Striking a deal with Kimblee, Archer obtained Greed's skull and then managed to storm Greed's headquarters at the Devil's Nest, where he found Tucker as well. AU - Mysteriously disappeared three months after attaining Tucker, thought to have been kidnapped and subjected to the same mortal fate as Maes Hughes (his predessessor). In reality, Tucker experimented on Archer, fusing him with the dna of an ordinary house cat. In the OU, he's put in charge of the Lior campaign and made Colonel, but because of the AU version of Archer this is never to happen.
He retained his original appearance (except for slightly pointed ears, larger fangs, and slitted pupils), but in stressful/exciting situations his animalistic side shows. Archer has the reflexes/flexibility of a cat, retractable claws (his fingernails are sharper, able to grow or detract at will), can travel quicker on land, see in the dark, and has a better sense of smell/taste/hearing/touch overall. Somtimes he will purr, much to his embarassment, when experiencing something especially pleasurable. The man has yet to become used to his new self.
